Wrightia antidysenterica
It is a shrub that reaches 15 meters in height. It has a gray and spongy bark with a large amount of latex. The leaves are 8–12 cm long and 4–6 cm wide, opposite, oval-lanceolate, and pointed with a large number of veinlets on the underside. The flowers are white and are grouped in terminal or axillary cymes, they have five petals and five sepals. They are very aromatic. The fruits are long, narrow, double follicles that are 40–50 cm long and only 1.5 cm wide. The seeds are flat with silky hairs.
